I keep hearing all this talk of ATHM and VoIP. Why will AT&T need ATHM, why not do it all themselves? Why not have VoIP on a separate channel? Lets say you have the kids playing games, and you are surfing the net, and mom wants to make a video call to the grandparents. It would seem to me that a separate channel for Video calls or even just voice would be good idea. I know twice the equipment, but the dial tone has to be there every time, or it will not fly.
