Doug:-- I understood BID.COM had 32.8 million shares outstanding. That's what it said when I just checked on BID.COM on the TSE Updated Jan. 8, 1999. What's this about 52 million shares fully diluted that you referred to? That's an extra 20 million share surprise to me. Let's hope if they do have an extra 20 million, they didn't just pop up out of no where, and that they were sold for $3 or $4 a share - an extra $60 or $80 million, for the company, a few extra bucks they can do something with.?? I'm missing something here ?? Can someone explain the difference in those shares .??? Thanks.!!!

>>> "Bid.COM got lot's of Cash$$," how do you figure that .They have been losing tons of cash . Insiders hold only 10% of 52 mill. of the fully diluted shares , with cheap options outstanding. $8 mill. advertising commitment alone to AOL. DO you think it's possible that you could do one thoughtful, factual analysis on BII . Doubtful !!<<<<

Doug, Doug, Doug:

You got it wrong again. Always mixing 10% fact with 90% garbage. Read the latest financial statement, oh yea, that's right you don't know how to read one. Well, let me fill you in.

Net cash position at end of third quarter: $8,978,169

As well, they have gone through financing in November to add to their "kitty". Financing gave them proceeds of $10,701,222. It's in the Prospectus they filed on Dec. 9, 1998. Bet you you never read it, did ya! Not surprising!

Doug, you don't do your DD. You don't want to. You just want to knock this stock, probably a shorter. You must be losing your shirt (not to mention your shorts!).

P.S. Do you think it's possible that you could do one thoughtful, factual analysis on BII ! You said it but you're the one who doesn't research!

P.S. Better cover your shorts Monday!
