Frank: Thanks so much for your input. Sorry to be persistent, but I knew you would have a professional and informed answer to my question. My knowledge of rcnc is that L-3 owns 47% of RCN. It makes sense to me that after L-3 builds out theeir fiberoptic network, they will use RCn to hook up to the residential customer. Simple thought I guess. I am told that L-3 management only deal s in quality operations and CEO like McCourt fills that model. I Am a share holder of both co.'s. and have followed them closely since their listing on the BB and the spinoff from C-tec. Just thought a "big pop" in ATHM would filter down into smaller ISP's like RCNC. I will await to read more of your intelligent posts on the other threads about these clec and isp's. Thank you Doc
