Sipowitz: It looks pretty good. They have signed some nice deals in the past month or so. There must be a lot of shares held by insiders because I see that there are 81 million shares outstanding and only 4.5 million in the float. That's a huge disparity. Do you like them for any particular reason?
Right now it looks like a typical internet company with nicely increasing revs but still losing money. The recent deals should help that though. One thing concerns me about it is the 90 million in debt they have which they said will cost them in future interest payments.
Seems like a lot of debt to me.
I put it on my watch list though

I like GYMB PRFM and ACTC as internet plays to move in the next 2-3 weeks. All have new sites opening up between now and Feb 1. GYMB and PRFM have just started to react to this. ACTC hasn't moved yet but it will once they Announce the date when their computer superstore will open on the Web.
