My gut feeling tells me you are correct. The stock went up and then reversed rapidly downward....that's when the shorts felt good... all of a sudden, it's turning back up...if it goes up to painful levels they may buy bAck, adding up to the price increase (just like I would sell if it gets to my break even point).

Lok at the chart of UBID in its first few days...

Yes, that is what happened with broadcast.com Do you know what the exact short amount is? What web site can I find out the float and total shares issued and the short info? Help before monday morning.
