Frank is little by little resolving his own doubts and he is starting to see the incredible potential for this company. He is talking as much to himself as he is talking to the thread. That's how I got long the stock.

I was a DSL hound, but I eventually realized that DSL wasn't the answer. When ATHM IPOed in the summer of '97 I thought the company was another over priced cable tv company. Cable was a possibility, but I criticized it without mercy, mainly because I didn't like TCI. I looked for weaknesses in it and couldn't find any that couldn't be solved. By December of '97 all doubt was gone and I felt I could handle all counter arguments including those effectively made by MSFT, CPQ, and INTC, through their noisy embracing of DSL. You can go back to the thread in Jan. '98 where I with total confidence called all of these great gods a collection of losers. That takes strong conviction. You get the conviction to hold by challenging your own beliefs and by seeking public commentary on them.
