Interesting article. Sounds like FHT has a position and sucessfull defeated a similar suit in 1995. Typical problem of a large company. Nusance factor and deep pocket theory.

This is all BS - Every company gets sued (example - AOL and there busy signals while charging $20 a month) and they settle for amounts that are negligible to the company. Inaddiiton , there is nothing to this suit - every catalog company charges high interest rates on items paid out over time - FHT is nothing new. In any event I'm sure, as they are required to do, they set a reserve aside already to pay for any settlement.

If this is what you are basing a short position on , I think you are making a big mistake - their new internet emphasis has a lot more weight than this suit.

Jan 20 - earnings - we will be up at 25 - I have no question ( with your help of course - SQUEEZE)
