Price looks high to me too, but not so compared with AMAT, NVLS and the other tier one vendors. Economic turn around in S. Korea should really benefit ASML as they are the dominant vendor there. Downgraded Friday by some analyst and took a sharp hit. Have not heard about any IBM purchase, its is certainly possible although I do not know if they have purchased ASM steppers before. IBM has used SVGI steppers for critical layers for a long time, but I don't know who they have used for non-critical layers. -Ritz
