Just posted the latest TDFX chart at coolhistory.com

FWIW, here's what I see happening right now technically:

13 is a critical support/resistance level for TDFX and it is currently struggling to stay above it. The 50-day moving average is now above 13 and may actually be providing some resistance now. Volume has been fairly light since mid-December. The 50-day average of the On Balance Volume indicator has recently started moving higher which indicates that the positive days have been out-doing the negative days recently.

In late December, things looked kinda scary from a chart-pattern perspective as a double-top appeared to have formed and the stock was sliding below 11. The recent rally was an unexpected god-send! Another slide below 12 would be bad however.

So, technically, things aren't bad too bad right now, but they aren't getting better either.

Disclosure: I am long-term long on TDFX.
