I hope that the DOOM & GLOOM bunch don't start the panic selling scare when the Eagans do their February selling. Seems like every year when the Eagans and M.Ruettgers do their annual selling, we hear all this negative crap which means nothing. The D&G bunch know that there are many who are not aware that this selling takes place each year at programmed times. Oh well, we shall see!

I certainly don't disagree abiut the long term picture. I think what some of us on this thread find more than a little odd are the fluctuations, which you could well have explained. Thanks.
