Some zit zealot posted about Harris(cfo??) exercising and then
selling some stock via low priced options.

On November 20, 1998, Henry (Hank) Harris bought 31,000 shares of Zitel via
options exercise @$1.38 for total cost of $42,780

He then sold 9,883 @$4.31 for total proceeds of $42,596.

Net increase in shares of 21,117 at a net out of pocket cost of $184
