bRooters: Janyary 10, 1999 - MAN FOUND AT THE
BOTTOM OF THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER IDENTIFIED

Police here have discovered the identity of a man found yesterday by divers in the river. A tip from a caller, who only identified himself as Steve to authorities, lead investigators to determine that the man was a private investor known as Turboe.

Investigators, following an additional lead, arrested one TEDennis for questioning, who was subsequently released. Investigators, who were later reached for comment at a new car dealership, say they believe foul play was not involved.
