Good question but I dont see why they would put out the pre proxy now if that was so.I think the NASDAQ meeting is in March and would need all the votes before then.Anyone???

Is this the same meeting that pertains to the merger or will the merger meeting be a special meeting? Brady, As I understand it, this is the meeting for normal business and the re-election of the "Board of Directors." In the latest filing I believe they make mention of "one year terms" for their "board members." At the Annual Meeting they have to vote to keep the "board members" or re-elect new ones. That's the reasons for the proxies. Shareholders get to vote on this as well. Since they have changed the "year end" to December 31, 1998 the voting of such actions will occur then. Also, this could imply that there will be some additions to that committee. I remember reading some where in the latest filing that there must be at least 3 min and no more than 10 "board members." It would only make sense to me that the "New Ceo" of ZuluGroup.com would be added as a member. Also, the "New Ceo's" from the other divisions will probably be added as well. JMHO CWIII
