Hi Metals - also in Bunka's 'Outsiders...' - January Special

"The spring and summer of '99 should provide us with good NIR trading opportunities as the company reports revenue figures and possibly new distribution agreements. I expect NIR's stock price to challenge 1998's high."

Most of the good developments from last year have not yet made there way into the quarterly's - the ICI sale was not part of the latest FS. The next FS is three months away. Even if there is good News between now and the next FS, and given the trend in NIR's stock price over the last few months, I just don't think the market will respond with a sustained rally until there are stronger revenue numbers in the FS's. These will appear in the next one, with strong improvement from there on as the client base and revenues continue to grow.

I suspect that from spring onwards the share price will begin to pick up - and be sustained - as increasingly stronger revenues and profits rise and are reported in the FS's.

However - he also said to "Keep an eye on possible stock dilution in March, however"
