Hi XCR600,

There are lots of inter-listed companies. They don't have to give
up their Canadian listing to get an American one. It is up to the
company though. They can chose to delist if they like. There
will be two type of shares after the other listing. Examples
are NN and NNC.TO and NT and NTL.TO.

The NASDAQ listing requirements are no different from a US
company. I think they need a share price over $5 and must
be able to show assets over a specific amount and meet the
reporting requirements. Try the NASDAQ site for information:
