Crossy, here is the monthly short interest site for Naz stocks:

viwes.com

PROG has currently a very small short interest of some 4,000 shares, actual peanuts, not even a one day trading. Let us hope that the current rally brought this to at least two or three days average trading. But first, let us hope that average daily trading stays above 10% of the outstanding shares, that will get us to the promised land of $60/share quite fast.

You can call NASDA and ask for the short position. They have a toll free number (that I can not find right now) and you need to give them the company name (not the symbol).

Few things to note, the short position is reported only once a month (I think the 15th), and it does not include all the MM's short position (they live by diff. rules than us).
