Steve,

I'll ask the people I know here at Ensco again this week. My boss and I were discussing this issue this morning. Even though the last rigs were pulled off the lake they still are being paid for the work until around February (I'm not sure of the exact dates). I'll double check.

Steve,

Maybe these contracts are still listed because there is some type of payment being paid without them being used. I'll try my best to get the details for you.

I'm still holding my ESV. Keeping them until my price target of $70 is reached. If it takes 5 years so be it. I'm bullish on the company.

Salomon Smith Barney just wacked our stock today.
ESV and others downgraded.

I sure would like a peek at their stock trades today.
:)

I'm too much of a skeptic I guess.

Update.
It appears ESV has added a rig from Gulf of Mexico to their
"available" status. This raises the "available" rig count from five to six today.

I sold ESV today. Looking for a new entry price.
