Poet ... DBCC..NAVR

Just felt I had to throw in my 2 cents on these..

DBCC..please be careful here..this stock has
already moved from 8 to 26 in anticipation of IPO..
each share of DBCC will only carry a little over
10% of a share of the spin-off company..
Look at MALL/UBID @ 42 vs 119 currently..each
share of MALL=.72UBID yet the prices are nowhere
near a .72 relationship and never will-be..so what
do you expect from DBCC vs MKTW ????

NAVR..go to YAhoo and read the DEC 9th ? story
about shorting i-nets under NAVR news headlines..
a very comprehensive fundamental discussion of
this company..also remember that NAVR has yet to
hire an underwriting firm..can't IPO without doing
that first.

Doesn't mean I don't think these two issues
present trading opportunities..they do..just
a caution for the less experienced people..

Always calculate the post IPO interest that
the parent company will retain..and the extent
of run-up pre IPO that has already occurred..

Jim in CT..looking for a trading top before Jan 20th
just below 10,000..
