I think the company is starting to recognize the importance of good PR to their shareholder community. That said, JC is quoted in an article about call center queuing ie. data bank rates customers in accordance with preset criteria which is sent to the agents desktop, on the front page of the San Jose Mercury today. Says the same principle applies to first class passengers on an airline. ASPT is described as a "leading supplier of call center technology."
