Off topic: does anyone have a good way(form) for keeping yearly track of trades for tax purposes? This could get to be a problem real soon for me....

They had a significant amount of insider selling although the biggest amount was sold by 2 VP's about the time the CEO resigned(worried about their jobs perhaps and they did not sell out anywhere near their entire holdings. Other sales I believe are because of the asian slow down and reduced sales in the 3rd and 4th Q's)

The CEO hunt is another hurdle they must overcome.

4thQ results not expected to be great but this I have to believe has been discounted to some degree.

They have a great new productthat is being widely accepted but they have also spend a good amount of R&D $ on a LAN product that doesn't appear to be enjoying the same success.

These are some of the reasons I think the stock has a strong possibility of retrenching some.

But the industry is expected to see a 99 growth rate of 300% by some analysts and they are a player so I will be buying but I would like to see it down between 13-14 first. If the sector gets truly hot this year I will trade this often as I see volitility as it heads back towards it's highs. MarkC.
