Not exactly. As I understand it, the confidence factor is simply a rating, based on the available input data, of how predictable the target stock's price movement is at this time. Neuro looks for "predictable pockets" in the price movements. If the target stock is in one of these pockets you will get a high confidence level. If the stock is not in one of the pockets, the confidence level will be much lower.

I have determined this week that a momentum indicator is worth putting in and am now including it in all new nets. Thanks to you, I can now export that data from WOW.
