Marc, Thanks for that information. Maybe certain agencies are successful selling parts and labor, but I think it is still too early to say how this is going to go over across the country. Although emphasis is being put on the product going forward, the ramp up is still yet too come and I can draw no conclusions on whether this will become a major product line for Allstate. In addition, my understanding is that we have been getting more sales from telemarketing efforts than through agency sales. Now that the emphasis will be there for agents, my opinion is "wait and see what happens." Some products go over well, and other don't. Shane
