Excerpt [emphasis mine] :

Livingston was the first to fall, but Flynt says the ''investigations are all ongoing
and I'd say a dozen [cases] look very good.'' They include, by his count, one
Democratic House member, one high-ranking Republican government official,
and one Republican senator. The balance are GOP House members.

Since ''Livingston sort of upstaged us,'' Flynt is rethinking his ''outing'' strategy.
Because the magazine's lead time is several months, his options include posting
the names on his Internet site, publishing a special issue, and maybe even calling
a press conference to identify some of the offenders. ''I think it's important to get
out what we've got prior to the Senate making its decision,'' he says.
