No.

1. The 400 MHz K6-2 doesn't appear to be selling too well.

2. The 450 MHz K6-2 is simply an overclocked/overvoltage 400 MHz part that will dissipate TOO MUCH HEAT.

3. The 100 MHz L2 cache will limit any performance gains.

AMD will sell these for <$200 when announced.
