Paul hopefully the "techies" are working around the clock to finish
their upgrade---I have been to the site before this I thought it to be fine by my standards---but it seems you just can't do an upgrade without having downtime---and may the results be well worth it.

Craig, I agree with you that for larger system, people will still want CD loadable systems, With system crashes and things like that, I like having a back up in hard copy.

This is actually an advantage for PROG, they can easily let you download, and for a premium send you via surface a hard copy.

The fact that the web is down is a real bummer, we'll see how long it takes them to get back up.
