You are right... it was PRST, and I owned it twice, once for profit, once for loss. I don't remember any of what you are talking about.
I remember that Lutts (the editor of the Letter) was investigated by the SEC because he (the Cabot Market Letter) was recommending to buy the stock, while his son (Cabot Money Management or something like that) was actually selling PRST. He might have paid a small fine when all was said and done.

He explained the reason why his son was selling while he was saying 'buy', was that some of his son's clients had already made so much profit on PRST that the portfolio was overbalanced with PRST, and the selling was just for rebalancing.
