True, and I don't expect insiders to sell:

THE SELLING STOCKHOLDERS

Certain of our officers and directors and a member of our Scientific Advisory Board who participated in the founding of ImClone are offering to sell the Shares which they may acquire by exercising warrants we have issued to them at various times before the date of this prospectus.

I don't believe these are the sellers. The file deadline date is not here though, so we might yet see the trades on yahoo insider.

The selling that occurred in mid Dec is not anomalous to IMCL. Chart reveals other days with volume surges without relation to future stock movement.

On another note, I examined the Rydex Biotechnology Fund holdings and noticed that IMCL is not among the 72 holdings. With IMCL's prospects, one would think that Rydex would have a small position; after all institutions do own a sizable chunk of this company. (BTGC represents .48% of the fund.) Do they know something? Have they owned IMCL? Will they buy? Just curious.
