FROM-YAHOO Poster KSE 1. Again, there is no guarantee of major news
monday or even this week. No reason to react.
It appears to be coming soon.

2. If there is no morning ipo announcement,
and the odds are less than even of anything
that significant monday a.m. some of the merger
players who bought late friday might sell early
monday. However, there will be even more buys
next friday if no news is announced by then.

3. However, there will be three groups of new
buyers coming in. first technical people,
based on strong technicals. second ipo day
traders and speculators. third mutual funds
with internet interests and larger individual
investors who will move more quietly and stay
longer.

4. events to look for. first whether there
is general company news on marketing and
business. second whether the strategic
corporate investor is announced or leaks.
third whether the ipo, spinoff or whatever
is announced or leaked. fourth whether there
is profit-taking in the higher priced internet
flyers, with money redirected to idt and more
reasonably valued internet plays. fifth the
trading pattern revealing how many market
makers are taking profits, versus how many
market makers are making aggressive long moves.

5. options. i am still not convinced last
weeks options are a killer bull signal. could
be a form of short covering. the higher the
volume, the more likely it is a legitimate
powerful bull. if my thesis about what is
happening is correct, there will be a buy
in the range of 250,000 shares in one stroke,
or an enormous options play. if i am right
it will happen sometime between the open of
trading monday and the close of trading friday.

6. there may be an attempt to frighten investors one last
time to sell cheap. a
market maker might unload a large block sale.
there may be short term games with the bid and
ask. if this happens i may make one final buy
myself.

7. remember that whatever may be publicly
announced, news could leak at anytime. it
seems obvious to me that major events are
well advanced....something is happening soon
and may already be in progress.

8. finally, my advice is to keep in mind two
key points. first, there is no great gain
without some risk. i do not see enormous risk
right now, but think about your risk tolerance
so you can move fast as events unfold. and
most important, we are in one respect lucky.
we have bought cheaply a stock that has at
least the potential for a skyrocketing upside.
how high we go is anyone's question, but it
is clear the potential is very, very high if
things break right.

tomorrow morning we will be setting sail into
some turbulent seas. i am confident that
very soon the wind will be at our backs, and
our merry band of brother and sister longs will
arrive at shore successfully.

Newmill,

I understand IDT is more than just Net2Phone, I am just asking about this particular part of their business, which currently comprises a significant portion of their revenue.

I am interested in a long position, but my DD is turning up some risk factors, whether you want to hear them or not. I do not intend to bash this stock, and I in fact my find it undervalued.

What I value is straight talk about the company's strengths and weaknesses. If I wanted hype, I'd be hanging around the Yahoo board...
