Hi C., I'm not concerned that he filed when the price was ±3, since the 144s are good for 90 days from filing. He may have been optimistic about an increase in the share price, as we are. The amount, though, is of some concern, since he is new and the 100K must represent a significant portion of his stake. Unless it's just "File big and sell whatever amount will return the cash needed, dependant upon the share price at the moment." You see it a lot, and shorters make hay with these type of filings. I am curious to know the results of your telecon with IR. Why do you not post brief synopses of them? Afraid to be misunderstood or something. I'd appreciate a PM if you don't want it all over the thread, and promise it will be held in confidence. I read your postings because they seem level-headed and you ask the right questions.
