I think you are absolutely right on this oil matter. As I told you before, I have had some experience with oil with the big boys, albeit, some time ago. While Saudi Arabia does not have the clout it had years ago, they are still leader of the pack. I watched them punish others by turning on the spigots, make their point, and then orchestrate a pullback. The price of oil should surprise to the upside.
The plus for gold, if we are right, is the huge short positions out there. If that borrowing game is unraveled, look out. Will be all over.
I am been yapping my spiel for awhile now. Silver finally showing perhaps they should let me stay out of an institution for a bit longer.
As you know, we think if it were not for the leaders of the pack, gold would be much, much higher by now. C'est la Vie. They are going to have other battles to fight soon and gold should roar.
