If they can't give you a simple answer then ask them to do a trace route to this IP address: 198.207.140.205 Have them email you the results. This is highly desirable. The MCI backbone should be avoided. This issue alone can make a HUGE difference. Keep digging around and please do not be afraid to ask as many questions as you need to. funk
