No, I mean without sygate, wingate, or anything else. I simply plug my NT boxes and notebook (set for DCHP) into the hub, and in moments the ISP assigns them their own addresses, and I'm off to the races. I was quite surprised by this, and guessed US West did it to minimize support hassles from their networked/business users.

Not that I would be so horribly opposed to sygate, wingate, etc. but it's nice not to have to rely upon or mess with it.
