It basically is talking about Airtouch and Bell Atlantic's interest in it. Then mentions OMPT as well as another 2 companies as potential targets in the next few months. There will be consolidation in this industry as prices comed down and the small guy can't afford to give you 'no roaming charges' like the major players can.
