Thor

IMHO, I would be very surprised if much PP stock comes onto the market. I believe this stock was sold at much higher prices. Why would someone sell at these prices just as the company is starting to announce fantastic results. I think anyone who has held this long will be willing to wait a little while longer to see how the J/L process pans out.

Thor, the PP was for $0.50/share and the original PP could have been sold since April 1998 with filing. The original PP becomes free trading April 1999. I doubt that those investors that have waited this long will sell into current progress. A case for metal in the ground could be made for MGAU at $50+ so selling doesn't make much sense. The more due dilly that the market can accept, the higher the price. The warrants are for $2. This is the only dirt where they have a business model that can fund property development through internal operations, all the others depend on stock dilution and special gifts from God.
