>>>Then I'm hoping MEP paid the CD fee, which would be a kicker that would boost EPS above $.25/share. <<<

I really like it when you talk like that, Karl.

We shall see!

"There's also the unknown about Mangan revenues. TAVA was going to deploy Mangan teams to the "booming" Houston office. But if the deal is not concluded, were they deployed? If they were, how will TAVA recognize the revenues?"

Karl,

This is pure speculation on my part, but one of the things they could have done was subcontract with Mangan to do the work. In that way they could derive revenues from the extra people without yet incurring the expenses of the take over.

Just a thought.

Bruce

Dear Karl: My thinking is that we will meet our 25 cent estimate for reasons given, however 3rd qtr will pick up a lot of the rollover from MEP, MANGAN ( I hope the deal is done quickly now), and continuing success of the J/V's. Thus, I now feel that TAVA will substantially exceed current 3rd qtr estimate, ESPECIALLY, if they equal or exceed the 2nd qtr estimate. I realize that taxes will come into play by third qtr but that I believe is in the current 3rd qtr. estimate also. In fact, I am now believing that the current year ended June 30th will be closer to $1 a share earnings than the, I believe 75 cents now estimated. JDN

PS: The ONLY potential negative I can see now would be if TAVA (thinking the Mangan deal was going to close by 12/31 GAVE the Houston business to Mangan rather than subcontract it out with a profit figure for TAVA.

Karl:

TAVA was once again featured in an AMR (Advanced Manufacturing Research) "alert" as the poster child for the next generation systems integrator...

Good news, adds credibility, and confirms their strategy.

Likin' it.
