Ordinarily, I'd say no... but with the power and expertise of T behind them, I think the bases are covered in this respect. But this is not going to be a no brainer.

There are many challenges in the sticks, and in many of the now-antiquated neighborhood networks, that must either be optimized or replaced. Not a no brainer, by any measure.
