I would bet you there are people, very smart wealthy people in the market that will be buying when people are panicking and selling because of Y2K.

Don't expect them to be advertizing this, do some checking around, and see what you can find out.

Who knows, you may be able to buy a cheap generator in 2001, the market may be flooded. Great for the lakeside cabin.
