Goldsnow, The only glitch in that is that I don't expect Asia to recover as quickly as others believe. They depend on a strong dollar in order to ship their currency cheapened goods over here. The weaker the dollar, the stronger their currencies become relative to it (normally). Thus, I think there will be a concerted effort by CB's to put a floor under the dollar in order to prevent the wind from being sucked from Asia's economic sails. Edited note: Regarding the book by Davidson and Rees-Mogg. I highly recommend "Blood in the Streets" by these authors as well. A little dated, but a very interesting book on crisis investing and buying based on the fear of others. Regards, Ron
