Doug,I'm certainly not thrilled with the number of shares,but one has to wonder,when considering the float size of some of the competitors,if BII isn't a bit more attractive to institutional investors on that basis(how many institutions are willing to invest in a 5mm float company?). I also seem to think the higher share count may result in less volatility..just some thoughts..DD
PS: hows that for rationalization<lol!> But,BII's backers aren't venture capitolists(how do you say? Bay St. bandits<g>),they are respected(by most) corporations..

Doug, do your homework. It's in the prospectus. Oh yea, you can't read financial statements and you can't read a Prospectus either. Better go back to school!
