Personally, I don't think it would have to be too much higher than the $1.52 strike price, as most of the participants are current or past management and therefore some are well aware of what is on the agenda for this year. Let's say $1.70 plus.

I can't see Mr. Phillips acting on his warrants though ... I would hardly imagine it would be easy for him to come up with the cash, in particular, if we factor in his potential liability for the lawasuit against both him and the company.

... and then this is all hypothesis anyways, it just seems odd that the rumours are starting ... exchange2000.com ... and the price is slowly incrementing.
