Zeev, Thanks for the info. A brief extract from the interview. (I can't type any where near as fast as they talk, even when I slow down the playback speed. :-( ) CBC(Christine Pochmursky): "So how many people in Canada, the US, and the world might be affected by this condition?" QLT(Julia Levy): "Well the annual new cases of the form of MD we're treating which is called wet MD is about 200,000 new cases every year in North America, which includes Canada and the US. Worldwide, there are about 500,000 new cases a year. And there is really no satisfactory treatment for the majority of those cases." Near the end of the interview, Julia indicated that they would file by mid year and that approval is expected in all of the major jurisdictions, Canada, US, and Europe by year end.
