Zeev; IDTC not INDTC (my typo)...

''IDT Corporation is a telecommunications company which offers a broad range of integrated long-distance telephone and Internet access services. For the three months ended 10/31/98, revenues totalled $133.3 million, up from $54.8 million. Net income totalled $4.9 million, up from $2 million. Results reflect an increase in revenues from telecommunications and an increase in minutes of use due to the addition of wholesale clients and marketing of prepaid phone cards.''

Zeev,
I think Slider means IDTC (IDT-Telecom). The CEO is of a unique kind of home spun management. Once they were the call-back kings. He truly helped shape the deregulation of the telecom industry to some extent. Now big in prepaid calling cards, and ISP, e-biz (Net2Phone, Click2Talk), Voice over IP backbone and some international presences (with switches being deployed all over Europe). PGEX, IDTC and STRX can be regarded as probably the most VIP (Voice over IP)-oriented international long distance carriers apart from AT&T itself..

best regards
CROSSY
