Ray, WSP has a Poison Pill in place. This was implemented about Two years ago. Any deal will be done under our terms. When Nicky O. and George B. come knocking they will be bringing Ca$h and plenty of it. Large White rocks interest these boys, The pebbles coming out of Angola, Sierra Leone and Russia are flooding the market.

DeBeers has no Choice in the matter. I personally want them to stay away from WSP.
