LOS ANGELES, Jan. 10 (UPI S) _ An oil industry analyst says (Sunday) average gasoline prices nationwide have reached another record low, dropping about a half-cent per gallon over the past three weeks. Nationally, the Lundberg survey found unleaded regular gas going for an average of 96 cents a gallon at the self-serve pump, which is the lowest price in history when adjusted for inflation. This week's price is more than 15 cents per gallon lower than at the same time last year.
