LOS ANGELES, Jan. 10 (UPI S) _ An oil industry analyst says (Sunday) average gasoline prices nationwide have reached another record low, dropping about a half-cent per gallon over the past three weeks. Nationally, the Lundberg survey found unleaded regular gas going for an average of 96 cents a gallon at the self-serve pump, which is the lowest price in history when adjusted for inflation.
