For the record, I am not nearly as bullish as the poster you mention. IMO, we have several years of regression to the mean in major market averages before we will see substantial gains anywhere near the gains we have witnessed over the previous four years.

Everything you've told us about that forecaster leads me to ignore everything he or she says. Things like "I expect the Dow will probably double from there during the next year", and "the author of the above post was quite bearish several weeks ago", for example.
