There is no debt. What debt are you talking about. Losses are not debt. Yes there are bills that have not been paid on time and that will change, but debt? Not that I can see. Big tax write off as profits come in, actually a good thing now, but that's still not debt. sword

Hi StkProfits (aka Mark) - <<Take a look at the chart for WCTI,,, they are supposed to become operational in Feb, I had them on my buying list for early January, note how wrong I was to wait!! That's why I bought my shares as soon as I read about Mr Hwang coming on board, Cohesive management on TSIG's board shows that Hwang is willing to invest his time in an OTC. Why would he or anyone from a hot company "waste" their time on another company, unless they were convinced that TSIG has a serious shot at making it?!!>> I agree with both your points - 1)- Exciting watching WCTI go up over 200 % in the last few weeks. I researched the company - and liked what I saw. I thought it may be a few more weeks at least before WCTI would show any sizable appreciation. Wrong !! - as James Cramer would say. 2) - Mr. Hwang's relationship with TSIG means a lot to me as well - it is a Huge Vote of Confidence in TSIG in my opinion ! His connections with others in the Internet Industry also could pay dividends in the future. Great to have Mr. Hwang on our TEAM !! :~) Regards, Phil
