MKilloran, CEO and VVUS board are accountable to their shareholders. I don't feel this has happened. As a shareholder I don't understand VVUS goals/objectives and strategies. We all knew the script numbers were trending down since last Spring, but how many surprises were we hit with? - Increase reps - Decrease reps - Advertise - Cease Advertising - Find partner - Not find partner - Breakeven for quarter - Miss and take huge write offs (Ok but surprising) - Approval - No approval - Milestone payments - Milestone payments delayed - Country approval - Product launch - Delayed launch - Factory approval - Delayed approval - Production shortfalls - Channel production - Channel order slowdown - 24 hour production - Layoffs - "Producing all we can" I continue to hold the stock because I do not need to sell it. Have slim hope to ever recover original investment. What do we have to loose by putting pressure on VVUS management and board.
