Pick a price and enter a limit buy order. If it doesn't fill readjust 1-2 hrs after market open. Don't enter market order particularly during the markets first hour. Only way to get fill on instinet is if your broker routes orders through instinet such as Datek and some other online brokers.

Joseph, Mad2 gave you excellent advice in his reply. I'd got with what he said, *especially* about not putting in a market order. There are a few people on this thread who hold shares at 27 because they put in market orders.
