Wow...80 posts today...why such a barrage? Every fact is laid out for us to see in Madera's 10KSB...Janice has found facts from Madera management's more recent past, and the whole point of this concerted campaign seems to be to paint this company as shady and worthy of ridicule.

Fact: Madera is a fully-reporting company that posted a profit in its last fiscal year. How many other penny stocks out there can say that? HOW MANY?

Fact: Madera has had a past filled with agreements that were not kept by others, mis-steps on its own part and plain bad luck. Combined with the low share price this company has been "rewarded" with in the past few years, and the aggressive growth of the company, the large increase in the shares outstanding is understandable, IMHO.

Fact: Madera's CEO, Ramiro Fernandez-Moris, has not received any pay from Madera in the past three years. No Madera management receives much in the way of pay--it's spelled out in the 10KSB that they won't until the company starts making serious money.

Fact: Madera as a company is currently comprised primarilly of the members of one family. The company is addressing this, and at the shareholder's meeting to be held in the near future, an outsider will be named to the Board of Directors.

Fact: Madera's management, in one form or another, has been in the lumber business for over sixty years. Ms. Shell, will you go back to the '30's to see what the Fernandez' were doing then? I think the histories of the other companies these people have run are a moot point at this point...unless some malfeasance in those companies' downfalls can be found, imho.

Ms. Shell, TopFuel, MoneyBaggs...what are all your posts pointing to? What is the point of this campaign? What are you saying to the people that read this thread?

Let's have it all out in the open.
