Agreed. A small co. could just as easily get in serious trouble by not being able to meet production by having too many distributors as not enough. Distribution must match production in order to prosper. Too much production ties up money in inventory. Too much distribution leads to back orders, dissatisfied dealers(and distributors), cancellation of orders, and loss of customers ...and it's a lot harder to get them back than get them.
